Terms of Service

"Account" — the set of credentials and data associated with a registered user in the Platform, including login information, usage statistics, payment history, and referral data.

"Subscription Plan" — a specific set of terms under which you gain access to residential proxies, including pricing, bandwidth limits, session types, geographic targeting, and billing period.

"Residential Proxy" — a proxy connection routed through a real IP address assigned by an Internet Service Provider, allowing anonymous browsing from a chosen geographic location.

To begin using the Platform, you must complete the registration process by providing a valid email address and password, or by authenticating through a supported third-party provider (e.g., Google).

You are fully responsible for ensuring that the information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. You must update your information promptly if it changes.

You must not share your login credentials with third parties. You bear full responsibility for all activity that occurs under your Account, whether authorized by you or not.

If you believe your Account security has been compromised, you must change your password immediately and notify us without delay.

We reserve the right to refuse registration or suspend any Account at our sole discretion, without obligation to state a reason.

The Platform provides access to a network of residential proxies in multiple countries. Through the dashboard, you can select geographic targets (country, city, ISP, ASN), configure session type (rotating or sticky), and generate proxy credentials.

Proxies support HTTP, HTTPS, and SOCKS5 protocols and are compatible with anti-detect browsers, scrapers, automation tools, and other standard software.

Some features of the Platform may require you to adjust your network or browser settings. Detailed instructions are provided in the documentation section.

Access to the proxy network requires purchasing a Subscription Plan. Available plans, pricing, and features are displayed in the Platform and may change without prior notice.

All fees are charged in advance for the selected billing period. Payment is processed through third-party payment providers. We are not responsible for fees, commissions, or processing delays imposed by these providers.

Subscriptions may renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time through your Account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.

Unused bandwidth does not carry over to the next billing period unless otherwise specified in the plan terms.

All prices are exclusive of VAT, sales tax, or other applicable levies. You are responsible for determining and paying any taxes required by your local jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to reject any order or payment if we suspect fraud, unauthorized activity, or a violation of these Terms.

No refunds are provided for cancelled or terminated Subscription Plans, except at our sole discretion and in accordance with the Refund Policy published separately on the Platform.

If you choose to cancel your subscription, you remain responsible for doing so in a timely manner. All charges incurred prior to cancellation are final.

Every registered user may participate in the Referral Program by sharing their unique referral link. Rewards are credited when a referred user registers and purchases a Subscription Plan.

All referral activity is tracked by our internal system, which is the sole authoritative source for calculating rewards.

We reserve the right to withhold or cancel rewards obtained through fraudulent, deceptive, or artificial means, including but not limited to bot registrations, device emulators, or self-referrals.

Reward amounts, payout schedules, and eligibility criteria are published in the Account dashboard and may be updated by us at any time.

You agree to promote the Platform honestly and not to make misleading claims or use methods that could damage our reputation.

You agree that you will not use the Platform for any illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purpose.

It is strictly prohibited to use the Platform to launch DDoS attacks, distribute malware, send spam, or engage in any activity designed to disrupt networks or services.

You may not use the Platform to exploit, harm, or attempt to exploit minors in any way.

You may not use the Platform to infringe upon the intellectual property rights, privacy, or any other rights of third parties.

You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or circumvent any technical restrictions of the Platform.

You may not impersonate us, our employees, or other users.

Any violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of your Account without refund.

The Platform and all associated services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure at all times.

We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the suitability of the Platform for any particular purpose. Any proxy plans are purchased at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim any liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, arising from your use of the Platform.

We are not responsible for actions or omissions of third-party service providers, including payment processors and external APIs.

We are not liable for any incorrect payments, delays, or losses resulting from inaccurate information provided by you.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or applicable law.

Our total liability to you for any claims related to the Platform shall not exceed the amount of one Subscription Plan purchased by you during the period in which the breach occurred.

The Platform, its content, design, code, and all related materials are our exclusive property and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights or license to use our trademarks, logos, or proprietary content beyond what is necessary for normal use of the Platform.

We may suspend or terminate your Account at any time if we determine, at our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms, provided false information, or engaged in activity harmful to the Platform or its users.

You may delete your Account at any time, provided you have no outstanding obligations. Obligations arising prior to termination survive until fully discharged.

Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform, including distribution of referral links.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time by publishing an updated version on the Platform. The revised Terms take effect upon publication.

By continuing to use the Platform after changes are published, you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must stop using the Platform.
